Apartment for a family in Milan

Renovation of an apartment for a family of four people inside an icon of Milanese architecture of the ‘90s. The project aims to enhance the organization of the domestic spaces according with the two views. Using the band of service areas that occupies the darkest portion of the house, the project build a radical division between the spaces of the collective domesticity of the living area and the rooms of the private sleeping area.

The construction of the floor plan occurs through the orthogonal juxtaposition of the internal partitions in a solid grid that, subsequently, enter into relation with the irregular perimeter of the apartment.
