Renovation of an Apartment for Short-Term Rentals

The small, single-aspect apartment is organized and structured to function as a tourist accommodation. The façade is therefore enhanced by using both windows to serve the living area. The envelope is radically monomaterial: a neutral box that accommodates the objects of daily life and the owners’ collection of posters from exhibitions and events around the world.
