Urban Design for a Decommissioned Industrial Area.

The urban layout developed is the result of years of dialogue and negotiation between public and private stakeholders. It represents a compromise that seeks to generate, through the form and organization of architectural elements, a high-quality public open space.

The various functional islands are arranged in relation to the large park that defines the project area, oriented according to new circulation flows.
