Located within the residential complex in San Felice di Caccia Dominioni, the renovation of this apartment with a large terrace respects the original principles and the quality of the spaces as they were initially designed. The intervention focuses on the addition of service spaces that are carefully integrated into the existing floor plan. These new spaces enhance both the day and night areas, making them more compatible with the needs of the family that will inhabit the apartment.

The common areas of the living space have been connected along the terrace-facing side, eliminating the separation between the living room and the kitchen. The night areas are organized in the less exposed part of the home, maintaining privacy and a sense of tranquility.
